GENERAL POLICIES:

Guidelines are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is no guarantee as we have no control over what happens during the healing process. Please refer to our FAQs page to ensure you are a candidate for this service.

A deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit ensures your commitment to your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. Deposits can only be applied to the service originally scheduled and cannot be reassigned to other services. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you feel sick within the 48-hour period, we kindly ask you to reschedule and provide a doctor’s note to transfer your deposit. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service, which is non-refundable.

Rescheduled appointments are limited to one (1) change without penalty. Any additional changes will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduled appointments may also be delayed by 4–8 weeks due to limited availability.

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook. All deposits are non-refundable.

Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.

A minimum of two (2) Microblading/Hyperrealism/Powder/Lip Blush/Lash Enhancement appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly.

Confirmation messages will be sent out. It is the client's due diligence to ensure that they are received and that the contact information provided on the account is correct. Wildflower Beauty + Brows will not be held accountable for any missed appointments and will act in accordance to our policies.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.

"Touch Up" must be booked no sooner than 6-8 weeks for Microblading and 4-6 weeks for Lip Blush following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done and we withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Premature booking may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit.

"Touch Up" must be completed within 6 months from the original appointment date before it is considered a

“Revisit” and additional charges will apply.

“Revisit” appointments are for returning customers only

“Revisit” appointments must be completed at least once within every 24 months from the last appointment before it's considered a BRAND NEW session. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Gift Certificates & Charitable Donations are non-refundable, non-transferable to existing clients and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Please be 100% certian when purchasing Gift Certificates for yourself or for another, that they are a candidate. Once a Gift Certificate has been purchased, it cannot be refunded due to the nature of the electronic payment process and unique code.

Referral credits cannot be combined with any discounts or promotions.

Referral credits can only be only be earned by existing clients.

PREVIOUSLY MICROBLADED OR TATTOOED

If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas and in some cases the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

1) The Artist’s work is very unique & her design will not show over any existing ink and the end results will not be desirable.
2) Scar tissue is undetectable & will reject the ink.

Due to our company’s Insurance Policy, it is a liability Wildflower Beauty + Brows and the reputation the Artist is not willing to risk.

If you’re unhappy with your existing tattoo, we highly recommend starting the removal process with either saline or laser removal. At Wildflower Beauty + Brows, we offer saline removal, which can remove pigment completely; however, results are not always guaranteed. The success of removal depends on several factors, including the type of pigment implanted in the skin, how old the microblading or tattoo is, and the pigment and technique originally used. For further removal or to complement saline treatments, laser removal is an effective alternative. We highly recommend NEODERMA in Anaheim for laser removal to help address pre-existing work.

STUDIO POLICIES:

Guests are not permitted in the service area, but are welcome to sit in one of the designated lounge areas.

No persons under the age of 18 are permitted in the studio.

No pets except for service animals are permitted in the studio.

No food is allowed at the procedure area.

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.
