ON 12/05/2020 LA COUNTY ISSUED THE MANDATORY CLOSURE OF ALL NON-ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES TO HELP SLOW THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK
We’ve shared some of the most frequently asked questions regarding operations down below - please email us if you are unable to locate the answer to your question.
WHEN WILL YOU REOPEN?
Los Angeles County/Southern California has issued a new stay-at-home order which mandates the closure of all personal care services - this will remain in effect for a minimum of 3 weeks. At this time we can tentatively confirm a reopening date of 01/02/2021, but this is subject to change based on state orders.
I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED, WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF RESCHEDULING LIKE?
We are currently leaving all appointments as is so that we can accommodate everyone in order. Please do not cancel with the intent to rebook as it may cause prolonged waiting periods. Once we get the green light to operate we will begin reaching out individually to assist with solidifying a new date.
I’VE RECEIVED MY FIRST SESSION, WHEN CAN I BOOK MY TOUCH UP?
When we have a better understanding of our ability to operate we will prioritize all clients waiting to book in for their touch up appointment before accepting any new clients.
I’M A NEW CLIENT, WHEN WILL APPOINTMENTS BECOME AVAILABLE?
When the stay-at-home order is lifted we will prioritize all existing appointments first, followed by those waiting for a touch up, then finally release the remaining spots for new clients.
I’D LIKE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, ARE YOU OFFERING REFUNDS AT THIS TIME?
We are currently only offering refunds for clients who can prove a change of address and are currently no longer living in Los Angeles. If this does not apply to you, regular policy is in effect and all cancellations will results in a forfeit of the deposit.
WILL MY TOUCH UP/REVISIT TIMEFRAMES BE HONORED?
We will be honoring extensions on a case by case basis and all individuals who were unable to receive a touch up (within 6 months) or revisit (within 18th months) will receive a 12 month extension from the time of reopening. If your timeframe falls outside of the extension period then regular policy is in effect.
